Old Schooler Billy Bacon brought up a crew from Vegas to check out The Quiksilver Natural Selection Comp. What they found was a sick comp and tons of new snow. Billy and Mot got together with Recchio and Parris for some touring of OB and the Igneous facilities. The Snowboard Revolution crew were like kids touring Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory. Everywhere you looked and every turn you made was just delicious. This is the best we could do for the photographic evidence. Because you know how hard it is to stop on powder days… |

The infamous ski run generates more ski stories than any other in the US and was recently ranked #4 in the “Top 50 Things ALL Skiers Must Do Before They Die” by Skiing Magazine. Corbet’s is ready to receive those bold enough to check this one off their list.
 Avalanche danger is "considerable". Its time to head into the Jackson back country for the first time.   The flats right out of the gate and Cody bowl above.  Recchio well ahead of the pack. Last leg of the hike…. almost there  Recchio pointing out some sick Jackson zones. John Centi, Johnny Recchio, Mike Paris and Jeff Kramer with some good guides. Mot learned to ride at Blue Knob PA.  Johnny Centi literally neck deep in powder!  Round two: Back through the gate and starting the long hike up for more.  Kramer now lives in Alpine and shred Jackson on a weekly basis. Stoked we got to meet up and shred with him!  The crew Andrew Miller, John Centi, Mike Paris, Jeff Kramer and Mot Gatehouse.
